This incredible six-week health reboot is focused on clean eating. We use the premise that all disease begins in the gut. The six-week program will guide you to a place where you can kick habits to the curb, improve how you think and feel about food, inspire a new relationship with food, and provide you with all the expert information you really need to heal your gut.

This short-term program gives you everything you need for your body to heal itself by itself.

This program also creates an opportunity for you to learn about potential foods that could be causing allergies, food intolerances or digestive disorders.

Even if you have food reactions that have become chronic, with unknown or stubborn causes, we can use our toolkit of knowledge to guide you and your gut towards a fresh start.

The 6-Week Health Reboot process consists of four elements:

  1. 30 days of clean eating: We start you off with 30 days of clean eating that includes delicious recipes that include many gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free options to get you started on the right foot. Plus, you also receive my expert guidance to help you identify the lifestyle changes you need to make for long-lasting results.
  2. The right ingredients: We assist your body in repairing your gut by introducing foods rich in glutamine, collagen, and other nourishing ingredients.
  3. Bring in the good guys: We restore the gut flora by eating fermented foods and probiotics.
  4. Get back to healthy: I will guide you through the process of re-introducing the foods that may be the offenders that trigger bloating, IBS, constipation, or fluid retention.

I will guide you and support you throughout this 6-week period with my

  1. Expert strategies for creating a weekly meal plan, including delicious recipes and ingredients lists
  2. Weekly 30-minute check in session. During our sessions, I will guide you and support you to ensure you achieve your goals and objectives
